How's your internet connection? 

Don't forget that the strength of your connection can vary depending on where you are – particularly if it's a mobile data connection.

Playster recommends a connection speed of at least 0.5Mbps for movies. Check with your internet service provider to make sure you have what it takes.

My Connection is Fine

This could be related to the device you're using Playster on. Try playing the same video or audio content on another device. If you're still experiencing the same issue, please contact Playster.
