I Get an Error Message When Installing the Game Player


If you're seeing an error message or are simply having trouble downloading the game player, there may be interfering software preventing it from downloading successfully. Please check your antivirus, firewall and other related applications.

Possible error messages include Installation Failed, Download Interrupted and Error Downloading, as well as the following error codes: (599), (703), (771), (772), (805) and (998).
