Don't forget that the strength of your connection can vary depending on where you are – particularly if it's a mobile data connection.
Playster recommends a connection speed of at least 0.5Mbps for movies. Check with your internet service provider to make sure you have what it takes.
Anything Else Running?
If you believe your connection is fast enough and you're still experiencing choppy video, think about what else you might have running that could be sapping your bandwidth.
Downloading, streaming media, online gaming, or video calling all consume large quantities of data, so try closing down other web-connected applications and see if it improves your experience on Playster.
If your Internet connection is shared with others, maybe someone's else's activities are causing the go-slow.
