We're confident that you'll love Playster, but we also make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your membership if you're not enjoying it.
If it can be determined that you were charged erroneously due to a mistake or glitch within our system, we will of course make amends and ensure that your money is returned as quickly as possible.
However, because there are high costs involved in providing premium content to our members, we have no option but to limit the cases in which we can offer refunds in order to keep Playster's unlimited offering alive. This is why we make our free trial terms as clear as possible to members, so that if they're not satisfied with what we're offering they can cancel their membership before charges are applied.
Playster cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- You forgot to cancel your membership before a payment deadline or did not complete the cancellation procedure.
- You were unable to log in to your Playster account to cancel your membership due to incorrect personal information you provided during the sign-up process.
- Any charges that were applied to your credit card more than 60 days before you contacted us to contest them.
Playster's unlimited offering provides a better deal for entertainment than you'll find anywhere else online – but this unfortunately exposes us to a lot of fraud. By refunding members whose content we've already paid for, we put the future of this great offer at risk.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us by submitting a support ticket or using the Send us an email button at the bottom of this page. Make sure to include your name, the email address you used to sign up to Playster, a description of the issue, and which charge(s) it relates to.
If Playster determines that you are eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the credit card that is currently assigned to your account.
